Stage 1 - Filling out the terms of reference
A statement of work is a document that defines the requirements and parameters of a project or task for its implementation. It indicates the scope of work, functional requirements, technical specifications, and other details to ensure that the task is clearly understood and meets the customer's requirements.
Stage 2 - Discussion of terms of reference and deadlines
We will discuss the terms of reference, review all the materials you have (structure, corporate identity, color scheme or brand colors) and based on this, you will receive a document "project cost calculation", which will describe the timing of work, all stages and their cost.
Stage 3 - Payment
You pay a certain part of the project cost before starting work, or the payment can be divided into stages according to the progress of the work. For example, after the design is completed, part of the functionality is developed, etc.
Stage 4 - Development
After payment is made, we start work on the appointed date, which will be divided into several stages depending on your project.
Stage 5 - Project completion and handover
After all the work is completed and the customer confirms that the work meets the requirements, the final payment is made and then we hand over the website to you.
Stage 6 - Warranty service
We provide warranty service after the project is released for 3, 6, 9, and 12 months. If something happens to the project during this period under warranty, you contact us and we correct the errors.
